GOOD THINGS COME IN TWOS

Double Blessings, Double Honors, The Abiola Twins are One Year Older Today! Let’s just call them out Persons of the Week without distracting their day with details!
The Yoruba are so blessed with the highest rate of twin births in the world, only to be remotely followed with a distant second by the Chinese. Our two great alumni are in that statistic of honor and they are adding a new age into their storied lives today. Taiwo Abimbola – retired professor, diplomat, versatile intellectual and my longest roommate ever – high school, undrtgraduate, graduate and best-man at my wedding, together with his natural twin – the brilliant Kehinde Diekola, a retired Chief Lecturer, HOD, Dean and an unapologetic Baptist Elder, are two of the most enduring fraternal twin brothers on our alumni space. I call both of them my friends! I talk to Taiwo at least once a week. I talk to Kehinde as often as possible, and in fact, I interacted with him yesterday in his natural habitat of Oyo.
Call it a jolly birthday; call it a POW honor, they are worth a million in the grand scheme of our collective alumni history. Please join me to wish these amazing gentlemen, family men, godly men and alumni of our great Alma Mater a very Happy Birthday, with the prayer that may 200 years be unto them like the passage of a single year. Double cheers!
– Prof. Afolayan
Prof. You know something else that is awesome about this Great twins men, I hope I am right that they both picked suitors from twin’s Capital of the world-Ibarapa. And whenever I meet their wives, they both look alike to me in their calmness and caring Oke-Ogun personality. Luv them always. Wishing you both Happy Birthday and congratulations on being featured as Persons of the week of our great Platform. Igba odun, Odun Kan ni o IJMN

Taye and Kehinde, congratulations on your birthday and as POW. I thank you for God for his faithfulness in your lives. He took you both from Ago Are farm to the peak of your careers in good health.Though you are not identical, yet He blessed both of you with wisdom, character, contentment gentleness coupled with strictness. You both have concerns for any one has problems and will not rest until such problem is resolved, call that kindness. Both of you are smooth talkers whom no one will want to stop, you are also generous.l remember when l was scotching with Taiwo in his final year at Ife,he use to put his money in a particular place and told me to take any amount I needed from there not that he was giving me money.Anytime I raise alarm that the money had severely depleted,he would calmly tell me to satisfy my need as he was expecting money soon and truly the place never ran dry, what a friend in deed.Should I talk if your fatherly care to Jesufemi or to Mama Femi
May both of you live long in joy good health and prosperity. May you continue to be relevant to humanity Age gracefully my friends.

Congratulations to the TWINS and our POW.
The Yoruba describes the twins as “Ejire Ara Isokun, … Ejire Wole alakisa o si di alaso ‘
Meaning they are From Ishokun who enter the house of a poor person and enriches him.
It’s common that Twins are not born by very rich parents often but any house they are born into will be richly blessed!
On this note I congratulate The Larger Abiola Dynasty of Saki, Oke Ogun, Oyo State, Nigeria for being blessed with our POW.
God bless their new age.
I wish the Duo many more years of fruitful and useful service to God and Humanity.
Congratulations! Congratulations!
Thanks to Prof Dejo Afolayan for another Great job he has done this week.

Happy birthday to my wonderful childhood friends/brothers, the dynamic duo! Taiwo Abimbola Alao Edu and Kehinde Diekola Ayiki Edu. Growing up with you, two, has been such a blessing, all thanks to the lifelong bond our late fathers, Pa Samuel Popoola and Pa Samuel Abiola shared.
Watching you both thrive is such a joy, and I am so grateful for the memories we have created together . It’s always refreshing to catch up now and again by telephone, as we did about a week ago.
I wish you double the happiness, success, and love on your recognition as POW and your special day and always.
Here’s to many more years of friendship and laughter.
Congratulations.

I join others in rejoicing with Táíwò and Kẹ́hìndé Abíọ́lá. They are both lovers of Education.
This was demonstrated when I was privilege to be the Principal of our great School, B H S, Ìdí Àràbà Sakí, between January 2009 & May 2016.There is no single year the duo on behalf of Abíọ́lá Dynasty would not present gifts for the best Students in Agricultural Science in memory of their late father being an Agriculturalist and some other subjects.

CELEBRANTS TWIN /OUR PERSON OFTHEWEEK
(POW) .
Happy birthday to you both, our unique twin in this platform. Though Professor Afolayan was not able to share the detailed history of your life journey with us as he used to in the past, but he do reminded us of the relevance, importance and connections to both of you and us all in this platform.
Twins are unique siblings who entered into this world through a unique parents.
I could still remember that the last time I met one of you (Taiwo) and his wife on ” one-on-one” was a couple of years ago, when he came from Canada to attend the meeting of BHS Saki Old Students Alumni in Diaspora in the city where I lived in Florida.
So many good things in life comes in pairs, like eyes, ears, pair of glasses, pairs of shoes, pairs of socks e.t.c, but best of all the set of twins, so twin are like a reminder that the best things comes in pairs, hence sharing a birthday and a bond, twins makes everyday an adventure, two bundles of joy and an incredible blessings, being blessed with twins is truly special, a joy that is shared is a joy made double being a twin is like being born with a best friend, twins are not just like each other, but another version of each other, being a twin means having a built-in best friend for life. In human societies, twins are like stars always shinning brightly even when they are apart, infact, having a twin means never having to face the world alone, a twin is a friend who knows you better than anyone else, a twin is a treasure that can’t be measured in gold, it is two hearts beating as one, sharing a love that’s second to none, with a twin everyday is a shared adventure, life’s best moments are shared with a twin by your side, twin brothers shared a special connection that turns every moments into a shared memories. In life twin brothers makes the best team turning every challenges into a shared victory , with a twin you are never alone in this world, twins always shared a bond that’s uniquely their own, unbreakable, and unshakable, having a twin brother/sister means experiencing lives highs and lows with a constant companion, twins are like a secret code, two people who understand each other without a word, twin is where one heart isn’t enough to contain all the love and joys of life, having a twin means there’s always someone to laugh with, cry with, and cherish every moments with, the connections between twin brothers is a rare and beautiful gift that lasts a lifetime, once again, congratulations to you both for the celebration of this wonderful moment, and my prayer for you both is that God Almighty will give you and me the grace to continue the journey of life in good physical and mental health till the fulness of our time.
